The well-known desert island, located very close to the coast of Abu Dhabi, Sir Bani Yas, is full of the greatness of landscapes and nature of the Middle East. Being a nature reserve in 1970, the island revolves around outdoor adventure. Book a 4x4 tour of Arabian Wildlife Park and spot some of the 10,000 wild animals that live there, including giraffes, ostriches and gazelles. Visit Sir Bani Yas Stables, from here, you can ride a horse along the coast, with panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Visit Sir Bani Yas and travel back to ancient times at the archaeological site of a church & monastery from the VII century AD, which was discovered in 1992.
